Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between PLIZM ("Company") and the user ("User" or "You") regarding the use of the LineMemo mobile application and related services (the "Service").
Article 2 (Acceptance of Terms)
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Article 3 (Eligibility and Account)
  1. You must be at least 4 years of age to use this Service.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Article 4 (License and Restrictions)
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
  1. Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
  2. Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  3. Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Article 5 (User Conduct)
Users shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that:
  1. Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
  2. Is defamatory, obscene, or promotes discrimination or violence.
  3. Contains viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt the Service.
Article 6 (Paid Services and Payments)
  1. Certain features may require payment (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases).
  2. All payments are processed through third-party app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  3. Refund policies are subject to the terms of the respective app store and applicable laws.
Article 7 (Privacy Policy)
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Article 9 (Termination)
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Korea. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea.

이용약관 '백살까지 남은 시간' 


제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 '플리즘'이 운영하는 모바일 애플리케이션 '한줄메모'(이하 "앱")에서 제공하는 제반 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용함에 있어 "회사"와 "이용자"의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
  1. 서비스: "회사"가 "앱"을 통해 "이용자"에게 제공하는 모든 기능을 의미합니다.
  2. 이용자: "앱"에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다.
  3. 회원: "앱"에 개인정보를 제공하여 계정을 등록한 자로서, "회사"의 정보를 지속적으로 제공받으며 서비스를 계속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 명시와 개정)
  1. "회사"는 본 약관의 내용을 "이용자"가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 "앱" 내 설정 또는 회원가입 화면에 게시합니다.
  2. "회사"는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 약관 개정 시 적용일자 7일 전(중요 내용 변경 시 30일 전)에 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
  1. "회사"는 "이용자"에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

    • [주요 기능 2: 예) 상품 예약 및 결제]
    • 기타 "회사"가 정하는 업무
  2. 서비스 이용은 연중무휴, 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검이나 설비 장애 시 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무)
"이용자"는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
  1. 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용의 등록
  2. 타인의 정보 도용
  3. "앱"에 게시된 정보의 무단 변경 또는 상업적 이용
  4. "회사" 및 제3자의 저작권 등 지식재산권 침해
  5. 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
제6조 (개인정보보호)
"회사"는 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 "이용자"의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 노력하며, 상세한 내용은 별도의 '개인정보 처리방침'에 따릅니다.
제7조 (서비스 이용의 제한 및 중지)
"회사"는 "이용자"가 본 약관의 의무를 위반하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 경우, 경고, 일시정지, 영구이용정지 등으로 서비스 이용을 단계적으로 제한할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (책임제한)
  1. "회사"는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.
  2. "회사"는 "이용자"의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 재판관할)
본 약관의 해석 및 "회사"와 "이용자" 간의 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국 법령을 적용하며, 발생한 분쟁은 "회사" 소재지 관할 법원을 합의 관할로 합니다.
